Structure
BWM Ltd are presently involved in very exciting and challenging multi-storey/high rise projects throughout Ireland and the UK from 10 to 20 + storeys. The structural solutions are specific for each project where we are experienced in the use of reinforced concrete or steel framing where the choice of form is dependent on the end use as hotels, offices, residential schemes or mixed-use. Our Team take a proactive approach to look beyond the obvious to explore structural options for each project in order that the best practical, cost effective and most efficient solution is considered.

Our experience includes buildings on inner city sites bounded by busy urban roads with existing buildings along the perimeters and often requiring multiple storey basement construction. We work closely with the whole Team from the outset to ensure we meet the Architects design quality and concept, deliver the Clients aspirations for the building and detail a structural solution for the Contractor that is practical, buildable and economical.
