BWM Ltd provide structural engineering design services as Temporary Works Designer for main contractors on a variety of scheme from Student Housing, Hotels, Offices to Apartments. Working closely with the onsite contractor team BWM Ltd assist with assessing canti-decks, crane bases, scaffolding, propping, formwork stripping and other temporary elements on large projects.

With the emphasis on Safe Site, Health & Safety and contractor requirements to ensure safe construction, BWM Ltd have built a significant volume of work with key main contractors to specifically assist them with Temporary Works design as well as review and approval of specialist subcontract design items. These include major scaffolding, propping of high rise buildings and/or method statements to allow works to proceed safely. An excellent and trusting working relationship with contractors is vital to the success of these schemes together with providing information in a timely manner.
